SISCweb is open-source software licensed under the MPL, the GPL, and the LGPL.

This essentially means that you can use SISCweb with very few constraints in commercial settings by choosing the appropriate license. It also means that, if you so choose, you can increase the amount of copyleft of any changes you make by licensing your additions under more restrictive terms.
